Josephine took the opportunity of joining the team to the Lord in prayer. This simple act of submission is exactly what makes Josephine the best person for the role that holds it all together. She provides the wisdom, clarity, and patience that is needed to accomplish each event. She is accompanied by her husband, Caleb.
Morgan Rhyno
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION & WORSHIP
Born into a pastoral and musical family, Morgan has led worship for as long as he can remember. Naturally a connector and culture-creator, he has led in many different places all around North America, and even aboard cruise ships. Passionate about worship, writing, and building community, Morgan's heart is to see people genuinely encounter Christ, and to create environments where people can freely express themselves in song.
Ross Steele
PIONEER OF REVISION
On January 1, 2020 Ross encountered Christ in such a way that it would alter his life, experiencing a vision from God. That vision was to bring a young adult conference to Indianapolis. Through much faith and obedience, God has made that vision possible. Ross serves in various roles within his home church, Life Church, and around his community. At the age of 3, Ross told his grandma that he was going to "feed Jesus' sheep" and from that, flourished his heart and passion for this generation of young adults and redefining what it means to be in a relationship with our Creator.
Ross does all this alongside his wife, Kelsey.
